What is the return policy?
We want you to have the best experience with SLOG. If you have a sizing issue or are not satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple.
Rules & Conditions:
- Time Limit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale Items: Products purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Message Us: Send your Order ID and product photos to our WhatsApp Support at [Insert Number].
- Ship it Back: Package the item securely and ship it back to our address (return courier charges are paid by the customer).
- Get Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund (via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
